SIM

Subscriber Identity Module

Core Function: A smart chip card specifically designed to store user identification data, SMS data, and phone numbers. It helps mobile networks identify your phone, allowing you to make and receive calls and connect to 5G/4G mobile internet.

IoT SIM

An IoT SIM card is a special smart card specifically designed for machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and networking of IoT devices. It differs fundamentally from the ordinary SIM cards used in our mobile phones in terms of function, form factor, and billing model. It serves as the underlying core carrier for networking devices such as smart meters, shared bicycles, vending machines, and intelligent vehicle systems.

Core Application Scenarios

Smart Cities:

Smart streetlights, smart meter reading (water/electricity/gas), manhole cover monitoring.

Internet of Vehicles (IoV):

Vehicle-mounted dashcams, charging pile operation data transmission, vehicle OTA upgrades, GPS positioning for two-wheeled electric vehicles.

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT):

Remote monitoring of factory automation equipment, environmental monitoring sensors, agricultural soil moisture detection.

Smart Retail:
